In its fourth edition, Welcome to the Future moves to the Jahorina mountains as an exclusive four-day business retreat. From July 2–5, 2026, Aparthotel Vučko hosts entrepreneurs, investors, business angels, policymakers and the next generation of leaders — across panels, workshops, keynote sessions, and pitch competitions framed around women and youth powering the new economy.
Beyond the formal programme, the retreat creates space for depth — from the welcome cocktail and book promotion to a curated Jahorina summit experience and a finale night designed to turn conversations into partnerships.

After three rounds of pitching, the Pitch Arena closes with a Jury Deliberation and the announcement of four headline awards: Best Pitch, Green Innovation Award, Digital/AI Award, and Leadership Award. A separate SDG Champions recognition honours businesses that combine commercial success with positive societal impact.
Discover Jahorina
Jahorina — host of the 1984 Winter Olympics — is Bosnia and Herzegovina's most iconic mountain. Alpine air, panoramic ridges and a forward-looking hospitality industry meet here, just over half an hour from Sarajevo. The retreat is hosted at Aparthotel Vučko, a four-star alpine venue minutes from the summit cable car.
Moving the conversation out of the city and into the mountains is intentional. Jahorina sets the tone for a retreat that values clarity, depth, and the long-form thinking real business demands — far from notifications, closer to perspective.
