Vesna de Vinča is an internationally acclaimed TV journalist, writer, and producer of film, fashion, and beauty events. She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences.

She is best known for her work on the television series Top Encounters, produced for Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), where she conducted exclusive interviews with numerous world leaders and prominent personalities. Notably, she was the last journalist to interview Nelson Mandela for the English edition of Hello!. Following this interview, she authored the book Mandela's Code, published by the International Foundation for Sustainable Peace and Development (IFSPD). The book served as the basis for discussions among 500 global intellectuals during the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Mandela's birth.

Among her exclusive interviewees are Yasser Arafat (interview conducted in Gaza), Simon Wiesenthal, Muammar Gaddafi, Gina Lollobrigida, Paco Rabanne, and Arthur C. Clarke.

In addition to journalism, De Vinča is a film producer and founder of De Vinča Production. She served for 15 years as a jury member of ÉCU — The European Independent Film Festival, led by Oscar-winning producer Scott Hillier.

She is the President of the Miss Serbia and Miss Montenegro pageants. She has conceived and implemented numerous environmental and humanitarian projects, including Serbia — The Land of Lilacs, Serbia Fashion Day (held in Paris since 2016), and the brands Tesla Fashion Serbia and 2B Tesla. Through her initiatives, she has awarded more than 500 scholarships for four-year university studies in Serbia and Montenegro.

She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ivo Andrić Academy, as well as the "Captain Miša Anastasijević" Charter for the project Serbia — The Land of Lilacs.
