Alma Kurtović Alić

Alma Kurtović Alić holds a Master's degree in Economics and serves as Executive Director of A&N Construction GmbH, based in Berlin, where for more than a decade she has led the delivery of some of the most demanding construction and investment projects.

Her career was shaped by international experience as Regional Manager for Southeast Europe at Gilmore & Associates, where she refined the management of large infrastructure projects and the strategic leadership of complex operations.

Under her leadership, A&N Construction GmbH participates in the realisation of some of the most prestigious and architecturally significant projects in Berlin, including Tacheles, a symbol of contemporary urban transformation and one of the most exclusive projects in Europe.

Particularly notable is the project for the Leibniz Institut in Leipzig, where her team was responsible for delivering this important facility, confirming a high level of expertise, reliability and execution excellence on the international stage.
