Pavle Čolić is a software engineer, entrepreneur, Co-Founder and CEO of Rising Wave Agency, as well as the regional representative of billups for the Adriatic region. After completing his studies in software engineering at the University of Belgrade, he began his career at one of the largest banking institutions in the region, Raiffeisen Bank, and then continued his professional development at Knowledge Lab, which develops infrastructure and technology solutions for some of the largest banks in Switzerland.
Driven by the vision that technology and creativity can together shape the future, in 2023 he founded Rising Wave Agency with his business partner Matija Simić, today one of the fastest growing and highest quality marketing agencies in the region, with more than 150 successfully implemented projects.
With his work and entrepreneurial spirit, he contributed to the strategic development of billups, one of the largest independent media and ad-tech companies in the world, where he played a key role in building the Belgrade technology hub, which today brings together more than 40 experts and represents one of the company's most important back-office and development centers in the region.
In his work, he is particularly focused on the development of innovative platforms, AI solutions and agentic systems for OOH optimization and automated media campaigns. Through Rising Wave Agency, he continues to gather and develop young talents, building a bridge between technology, marketing and entrepreneurship.
