Goran Rokvić is an attorney at law with experience at the intersection of legal practice, public administration, corporate governance, and institutional reform. His work focuses on helping people and businesses solve real-life legal problems in a clear, practical, and solution-oriented way. He has held senior legal roles in the corporate sector, including serving as Assistant Director for Legal Affairs at Energoinvest, where he contributed to leading legal processes during an important period for the company.

Before entering private legal practice, Goran built significant experience within Bosnia and Herzegovina's justice and public administration system. His work has included matters related to administrative law, access to information, public-sector organization, execution of criminal sanctions, and institutional development. He also spent part of his career in an international organization, working on the implementation of projects that improved asset management systems in local communities, strengthened public procurement practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and supported the establishment of good governance principles in public companies and institutions.

In addition to his legal and institutional work, Goran has been active in sports governance and arbitration. He was appointed as a member of the Honor and Sports Arbitration Court of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributing to efforts aimed at improving the legal and institutional environment for the sports system and athletes' rights. He currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Players' Status Committee of the Football Federation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, further strengthening his role in resolving legal and regulatory matters within sport. Through his work across the public, corporate, legal, and sports sectors, Goran brings a practical perspective to complex legal and organizational challenges.
