Amra Sofić

Amra Sofić is a senior technology and business leader with extensive experience in software development, digital transformation, product strategy, and project leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex, large-scale software development initiatives, delivering digital products and business solutions for international clients across diverse industries.

With a strong technical background established early in her career, Amra evolved from engineering into executive leadership, building extensive expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex software implementation and digital transformation programs across the telco and IT industries. Her experience spans corporate enterprises, global outsourcing organizations, and independent consulting, where she has successfully bridged technology and business to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

A PMP-certified professional, Amra serves on the Board of the PMI Bosnia and Herzegovina Chapter, the local chapter of the world’s leading organization that defines global standards and best practices in project management. Through this role, she actively contributes to advancing the profession, fostering leadership, and supporting the development of the project management community.

Amra is also the founder of Maramra, an innovative digital platform dedicated to women’s well-being, combining technology, healthcare, education, and sustainable fashion into a unique digital ecosystem. Inspired by her own personal journey, Maramra leverages digital innovation and artificial intelligence to empower women through education, prevention, community support, and access to trusted health and wellness resources.
